How to schedule a YouTube upload

  1. Connect your channel

    Connect YouTube with your Google account.

  2. Add the video

    In the composer, choose the channel and add the video. A square or vertical video of up to three minutes goes up as a Short.

  3. Fill in YouTube settings

    Add the YouTube title (up to 100 characters), description, tags and visibility, and upload a thumbnail if you have one.

  4. Schedule it

    Pick a time. The upload starts from the publishing queue, which runs every few minutes.

Good to know

  • A scheduled upload isn’t a timed premiere.
  • Tags share a 500-character limit.
  • Thumbnails must be JPG or PNG, up to 50 MB.
  • Live streams, playlists and subtitles aren’t supported yet.
