What the content library holds

  • Campaigns

Keep a launch, a season or a client brief together, and see all of its posts in one view.

  • Labels

Tag posts by theme, product or pillar so you can see the mix at a glance.

  • Hashtag groups

Save the sets you use often and add them to a post in one click.

  • Reusable templates

Start recurring formats, like a weekly offer or a team spotlight, from a template instead of a blank page.

  • Filter by any of them

Narrow the calendar and posts list to one campaign or label.

  • Shared with your team

Everyone in the workspace works from the same campaigns, labels and templates.

How to organise posts into campaigns

  1. Create a campaign

In the Content library, add a campaign for the launch, season or client brief you’re working on.

  2. Set up your labels

Add labels for your content pillars, such as tips, offers and behind the scenes.

  3. Save what you reuse

Save hashtag groups and templates. In the composer, insert a hashtag group or choose Use template.

  4. Assign as you write

Pick the campaign and labels in the composer, then filter the calendar and posts list by them.

Three ways to organise your posts

  • A seasonal sale

Put every teaser, launch and last-chance post in one campaign, so the whole sale is visible on one screen.

  • Content pillars

Label posts by pillar and filter the calendar to see whether one theme is crowding out the rest.

  • A post you write every week

Save a weekly format as a template, so it starts with the structure and hashtags already in place.
