How it works

  1. Add a client workspace

    Create the client under your agency, with their name, time zone and posting times.

  2. Connect their accounts

    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok and YouTube.

  3. Draft and send for approval

    Write once, tailor it per network, let AI help with captions, and submit it for the client’s review.

  4. Publish and report

    Smartplannr publishes on schedule, retries temporary failures, and tells you exactly what went wrong if a post can’t go out. Then send the month’s report.
