It depends on how many accounts you run. Buffer lists Essentials at $5 per channel a month; Smartplannr’s Plus is £7 a month for up to 6 accounts. With one or two channels Buffer can cost less; the more accounts you add, the more a flat plan saves.

Yes. Connect the same accounts in Smartplannr and schedule new posts there. Smartplannr doesn’t import posts from other tools, so let anything already scheduled in Buffer go out, or recreate it, before you switch.

LinkedIn Company Pages (personal profiles work), Facebook Reels, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and social listening. If one of those is a deal-breaker, the other tool is the better choice today.
