What the inbox does

• Four networks, one list

  Comments from Facebook, Instagram, Threads and YouTube, newest first.

• Reply in place

  Answer a comment from Smartplannr and the reply appears under the post on the network.

• Hide or delete

  Hide comments on Instagram, Facebook and Threads, or delete them, from the same view.

• Search and filter

  Search by text or name, or filter by account and status.

• Read and unread

  Mark comments as read so the team knows what still needs an answer.

• Only your accounts

  Each team member sees comments for the accounts they have access to.

How to work through your comments

   Connect the accounts

   Connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads or YouTube. Public comments on their posts start arriving in the inbox.

   Narrow it down

   Filter by account or status, or search by text or by the commenter’s name.

   Reply, hide or delete

   Answer in place with Reply. Hide spam on Instagram, Facebook and Threads, or delete what shouldn’t stay.

   Keep count

   A reply marks the comment read, so the unread count shows only what still needs someone.
