Published while you’re away
Scheduled posts go out from our servers, so nobody has to be online. Temporary errors are retried automatically.

First comments
Add a first comment to Instagram and Facebook posts. It is published straight after the post.

How to schedule one post to several networks
Connect your accounts
In Settings, open Social Accounts and choose Connect an account. Each network asks you to sign in and approve access on its own site, so Smartplannr never sees your password.
Write the post once
Choose Create post, pick the accounts under Publishing to, then write the text and add your media. The preview shows how the post will look on each network.
Tailor each version
Open Platform versions to change the text, media or format for one network without touching the others. Character limits and media rules are checked as you type.
Schedule it
Choose Schedule and pick a date and time, or take the next posting slot. At that time the post publishes, and it shows as published or as failed with the network’s reason.

A launch on every network
Write the announcement once, then give LinkedIn a longer version, Instagram a carousel and X a 280-character cut, all set for the same morning.
A week of posts in one sitting
Draft five posts on Monday, drop each into a posting slot, and spend the rest of the week on everything else.
A time-sensitive offer
Schedule a lunchtime offer for 11:30 on the day, with a first comment that carries the booking link.
Good to know
- Instagram needs a professional account linked to a Facebook Page, and Facebook posts go to Pages rather than personal profiles.
- LinkedIn connects personal profiles and needs reconnecting every 60 days. Company Pages aren’t supported yet.
- X posts publish automatically on Pro and Max. On Starter and Plus you share them yourself from a ready-made link.
- Files can be up to 200 MB, and each network’s own limits are checked before you schedule.
