Billing questions
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your billing settings. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

No. Avksoft Ltd, the company behind Smartplannr, is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay.
Pounds sterling. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.
Stripe retries the card, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If payment still hasn’t gone through by then, the workspace moves to Starter. Nothing is deleted.
If you’re a consumer, you can cancel a new paid plan within 14 days of buying it and get a refund, as set out in our Terms of service.
