Three habits for sharp images
Start big
Use the largest version of the picture you have. Scaling down stays sharp; scaling up turns soft.
Mind the crop
Cropping trims the edges. If something important sits near them, use Fit and pick a background colour that suits the picture.
Keep text inside the middle
Stories and Reels cover the top and bottom with buttons and captions, so keep words in the middle of a 9:16 image.
